Please contact WAGS Pet Behaviour directly by telephone or email to arrange a consultation.
You will be asked for your name, contact details and a brief description of the behavioural problem. Depending on the problem, you may also be asked to send video evidence prior to the consultation.
Before attending the consultation, you will need to provide WAGS Pet Behaviour with the following (downloadable by clicking on the links below, or contact directly for a copy to be posted or emailed):
On receipt of both of these completed and signed forms, a consultation date and time will be agreed, and you will be sent a confirmation letter.
Please note all consultations happen weekday evenings or weekends. It is recommended that all family members who have regular contact with the dog attend the consultation.
My dog is insured, am I covered for behavioural consultations?
Please note some pet insurance companies cover some or all of the cost of behaviour consultations; please check with your own insurer and obtain the necessary forms before the consultation.
